AUSTRALIAN SPORTS DRUG AGENCY REGULATIONS 1999 1999 No. 159 - REG 21
Competitor appears likely to fail to comply
- (1)
- Subregulation (2) applies if:
- (a)
- the Agency has asked a competitor for
a sample under regulation 17; and
- (b)
- it appears to the Agency that the competitor is likely to fail to comply
with the request; and
- (c)
- it appears to the Agency that a sporting administration body should be
given the opportunity to try to persuade the competitor to comply with the
request.
- (2)
- The Agency may tell the sporting administration body that the competitor
appears to be likely to fail to comply with the request.
