The Agency must establish and maintain a Register of Notifiable Events for each drug testing scheme.

Note
The Agency must make sure that personal information to be entered on a Register of Notifiable Events is collected and stored in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles stated in s 14 of the Privacy Act 1988 (see s 13 of that Act).
