AUSTRALIAN SPORTS DRUG AGENCY REGULATIONS 1999 1999 No. 159 - REG 61

Right to apply to the AAT
If the Agency decides to enter a competitor's name and information about the competitor on the relevant register, the competitor may apply to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of the decision.

Note
Under subs 16 (2) of the Act, if the Administrative Appeals Tribunal sets aside a reviewable decision of the Agency to enter the competitor's name and details on the relevant register, the Agency must remove the entry made as a result of the Agency's decision as soon as practicable.
