1987 No. 238 DEFENCE (PUBLIC AREAS) BY-LAWS - REG 12

12. A person shall not, in a public area, without the consent in writing of
the commanding officer -

   (a)  erect a sign (other than a sign approved by a commanding officer under
        by-law 4) or a building, booth, stall, post or other structure;

   (b)  supply goods or services;

   (c)  damage, destroy or remove a natural or man-made structure or feature;
        or

   (d)  interfere with, damage, injure, destroy or take an animal or plant or
        the nest or dwelling of an animal.
Penalty: $500
