41. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 101K (14) (a) of the Act, each of the
following classes of persons is prescribed, namely, officers, warrant officers
and non-commissioned officers (not below the rank of sergeant or equivalent),
other than service policemen or members who hold a rank below the rank held by
the investigating officer conducting the interview in respect of which that
paragraph is applied.
(2) In sub-regulation (1), "investigating officer" has the same meaning as in
Part VI of the Act.
