3. The payment of charge and other moneys payable to the Commonwealth under
the Act with respect to dried fruit exported from a State or Territory shall
be made to the Collector of Public Moneys at the office of the Department at
the place the name of which is specified in column 2 of Schedule 1 opposite to
the name of the State or Territory in column 1 of that Schedule.
