1979 No. 307 DEFENCE FORCE (SALARIES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. The Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations, as amended by paragraphs (a) to
(e) and (g) of clause 1, apply in relation to a stay on board a Defence Force
harbour vessel or a sea-going ship-

   (a)  in the case of a member of the Air Force who, during that stay, was
        not a member referred to in paragraph (f) of clause 1, on or after 7
        June 1979; and

   (b)  in the case of a member of the Army or Navy who, during that stay, was
        not a member referred to in paragraph (f) of clause 1, on or after 8
        June 1979.
