(a) eligible;
(b) foreign service member;
(c) Permanent Forces;
(d) Reserves.
(1) In this instrument:
"Act " means the Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme Act 2008 .
"day of Reserve service " : see section 12.
"ineffective service " : see section 18.
"service year " : see subsection (2).
"transfer year " for a person means a service year in which the person transfers:
(a) from the Permanent Forces to the Reserves; or
(b) from the Reserves to the Permanent Forces.
(2) For the purposes of the definition of service year in section 3 of the Act, a service year is a financial year.
