1985 No. 114 DEFENCE (INQUIRY) REGULATIONS - REG 20

20. (1) The report of a General Court of Inquiry shall be furnished to the
Minister.

(2) Where a report of a General Court of Inquiry is furnished to the Minister,
it shall be accompanied by any statement made by an assessor under
sub-regulation 19 (2) and a copy of-

   (a)  the transcript or other record of any oral evidence taken; and

   (b)  any documents received by the Court and accepted as evidence, during
        the course of the inquiry.
