1985 No. 114 DEFENCE (INQUIRY) REGULATIONS - REG 42

42. (1) A Combined Board of Inquiry shall be constituted by 2 or more persons
who include-

   (a)  at least one member who is an officer; and

   (b)  one member from the armed forces of the participating country or from
        each of the participating countries, as the case may be.

(2) The Minister shall specify in the instrument appointing a Combined Board
of Inquiry the names of the persons who are to constitute the Board.
