1985 No. 114 DEFENCE (INQUIRY) REGULATIONS - REG 48

Reconstitution of Combined Board of Inquiry on death, &c., of member

48. Notwithstanding anything in this Part, where a person ceases to be a
member of a Combined Board of Inquiry before the Board completes its inquiry-

   (a)  the Minister may appoint a person to be a member of the Board or
        direct the Board to continue the inquiry constituted with its
        remaining members; and

   (b)  the inquiry by the Board is suspended until the Minister so appoints
        or directs or the Board is dissolved under sub-regulation 67 (3).
