1985 No. 114 DEFENCE (INQUIRY) REGULATIONS - REG 59
Duties of Courts of Inquiry on lifting of suspension
59. Where the suspension of an inquiry by a Court of Inquiry ends otherwise
than by dissolution of the Court, the Court shall continue with its inquiry,
and in making its report shall have regard to any oral evidence taken and to
any documents accepted as evidence, whether before or after that suspension.
