1985 No. 114 DEFENCE (INQUIRY) REGULATIONS - REG 75

Report of Investigating Officer
75. (1) Where an Investigating Officer is satisfied that all information
relevant to the inquiry that is practicable to obtain has been obtained, the
Investigating Officer shall prepare a report setting out-

   (a)  the findings of the Investigating Officer; and

   (b)  if the Investigating Officer is empowered to make recommendations-any
        recommendations arising from the findings of the Investigating Officer
        that the Investigating Officer thinks fit to make.

(2) The report of an Investigating Officer shall be furnished to the
appointing officer.

(3) Where a report of an Investigating Officer is furnished under this
regulation, it shall be accompanied by a copy of-

   (a)  the transcript or other record of any oral evidence taken; and

   (b)  any documents received by the officer and accepted as evidence, during
        the course of the inquiry.
