Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) No civil or criminal proceedings (other than proceedings for an offence against subsection 36(1)) lie in respect of the publication of a fair and accurate account of all or part of a hearing of a Commission that is conducted in public.
(2) No civil or criminal proceedings lie in respect of the publication of the COI report of a Commission if the COI report was disclosed in accordance with Division 4 of this Part.
