Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered RegulationsDespite the repeal of regulation 125 of the old regulations, that regulation continues to apply, in relation to a report on the operation of those regulations during the financial year beginning on 1 July 2017, as if:
(a) that repeal had not happened; and
(b) that financial year ended at the end of the day before commencement.
