(1)

As soon as practicable after receiving a complaint, the Office must give a notice stating that the complaint has been received to:

(a)

the complainant; and

(b)

the person alleged to be responsible for contravening the Act.

(2)

The notice mentioned in subregulation (1) must:

(a)

give details of the complaint; and

(b) invite the complainant and the person alleged to be responsible for the contravention to send written submissions to the Office, together with any supporting documents.
