- (1)
- As soon as practicable after receiving a complaint, the Office must give a
notice stating that the complaint has been received to:
- (a)
- the
complainant; and
- (b)
- the person alleged to be responsible for contravening the Act.
- (2)
- The notice mentioned in subregulation (1) must:
- (a)
- give details of the
complaint; and
(b) invite the complainant and the person alleged to be responsible for the
contravention to send written submissions to the Office, together with any
supporting documents.
