1996 No. 316 FISHING LEVY (ALL FISHERIES) REGULATIONS - REG 15.03

15.03. (1) For section 110 of the Management Act, levy for a WDWTF fishing
permit must be paid on, or before, 23 January in each financial year for which
the permit is in force.

(2) For subregulation (1), if a fishing permit is in force for a period that
is not a whole number of financial years, a part of the period that is not a
whole financial year is taken to be a whole financial year..c1. (2) For
subregulation (1), if a fishing permit is in force for a period that is not a
whole number of financial years, a part of the period that is not a whole
