1996 No. 316 FISHING LEVY (ALL FISHERIES) REGULATIONS - REG 2.02

2.02. For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy prescribed for a BSSF
fishing permit granted in the period beginning on the date of commencement of
these Regulations and ending at the end of 31 December 1996 is $2,200. [NOTE:
The amount proposed as the research component of the levy amount is $120.]
