1996 No. 316 FISHING LEVY (ALL FISHERIES) REGULATIONS - REG 9.03

9.03. For section 110 of the Management Act:

   (a)  levy for an NPF fishing right in force on 13 July in a year must be
        paid on, or before, 13 July in that year; and

   (b)  levy for an NPF fishing right in force on 23 December in a year must
        be paid on, or before, 23 December in that year.
