FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2012 (SLI NO 272 OF 2012) - REG 7.1

                In this Part:

leviable MITF SFR means a SFR that is:

                (a)    granted under the Management Act for the MITF; and

               (b)    in force on or after the commencement of this regulation.

"MITF" means Macquarie Island Toothfish Fishery.
