3.1 After regulation 3Q, insert: Use of Australian Childhood Immunisation
Register for childcare rebate

"3R. (1) In performing the additional functions conferred on the Commission
under section 39A of the Childcare Rebate Act 1993, the Commission may use the
information in the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register for satisfying
itself about a matter mentioned in subsection 39A (3) of that Act.

"(2) For subregulation (1), the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register is
the register of that name kept under section 46B of the
Health Insurance Act 1973.".
