1996 No. 283 HAZARDOUS WASTE (REGULATION OF EXPORTS AND IMPORTS) (OECD DECISION) REGULATIONS - REG 43

43. Application may be made under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1974
to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a decision of the
Minister:

   (a)  that particular amber list hazardous waste should be taken to be
        red list hazardous waste for a special permit application (see
        regulation 8); or

   (b)  to grant a special permit for less than a year (see regulations  17 ,
        24 and 30); or

   (b)  refusing to approve a facility (see regulation 42). [Note: Section 57
        of the Act provides for review of decisions relating to, among other
        things, the grant, revocation or variation of special permits and the
        imposition of conditions on special permits.]
