INDIGENOUS EDUCATION (TARGETED ASSISTANCE) REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 253 - REG 4

Appropriations for non-ABSTUDY payments (Act s 14)

For subsection 14 (5) of the Act, the amounts mentioned in subsections 14 (1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Act are increased by a factor of 1.019, in accordance with the changes in an index determined in writing by the Finance Minister.
