INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES REGULATIONS AMENDMENT1979 No. 37 - REG 4
Prescribed amount for purposes of sub-paragraph 23 (2) (e) (ii) of the Act
Regulation 4 of the Industrial Research and Development Incentives Regulations
is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
"(3) For the purposes of sub-paragraph 23 (2) (e) (ii) of the
Act, the amount prescribed in relation to each of the grant years commencing
on 1 July 1979 and 1 July 1980 is $25,000.".
