INTERNATIONAL TRIBUNAL FOR THE LAW OF THE SEA (PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES) REGULATIONS 2000 2000 No. 283 - REG 10

Immunity of the Tribunal from suit and other legal process
(1)
The Tribunal is immune from suit and other legal process.

(2)
The Tribunal may waive its immunity.

(3)
However, a waiver extends to a measure of execution of a judgment only if the waiver is expressed to do so.

(4)
The Tribunal may waive its immunity from a measure of execution of a judgment arising from a suit at the same time as, or after, the Tribunal waives its immunity from suit.
