INTERNATIONAL TRIBUNAL FOR THE LAW OF THE SEA (PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES) REGULATIONS 2000 2000 No. 283 - REG 10
Immunity of the Tribunal from suit and other legal process
- (1)
- The Tribunal is immune from suit and other legal process.
- (2)
- The
Tribunal may waive its immunity.
- (3)
- However, a waiver extends to a measure of execution of a judgment only if
the waiver is expressed to do so.
- (4)
- The Tribunal may waive its immunity from a measure of execution of a
judgment arising from a suit at the same time as, or after, the Tribunal
waives its immunity from suit.
