INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PRISONERS (INDIA) REGULATION 2016 (F2016L00535) - REG 6

                   For subsection 8(2) of the Act, the Act applies to India subject to the Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the Republic of India concerning Transfer of Sentenced Persons, done at Canberra on 18 November 2014, a copy of the English text of which is set out in Schedule 1.
