1988 No. 262 INCOME TAX REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 9

Notification of change of address

9. Regulation 58M of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
subregulation (1) and substituting the following subregulation:

"(1) Each registered tax agent shall forthwith give notice in writing to the
secretary of the Board by which the tax agent has been registered of any
change in the address for service:

   (a)  of the registered tax agent; or

   (b)  of any nominee of the registered tax agent.".
