1989 No. 173 NATIONAL HEALTH (NURSING HOME RESPITE CARE) REGULATIONS - REG 26

Use of benefit respite care beds 
26. A benefit respite care bed must not be used for any purpose other than the
provision of benefit respite care under these Regulations to:

   (a)  a person whose admission to an approved nursing home has been approved
        by the Minister under section 40AB of the Act; or

   (b)  a Repatriation nursing home patient.
