1989 No. 173 NATIONAL HEALTH (NURSING HOME RESPITE CARE) REGULATIONS - REG 30

30. (1) Where the Minister has made a declaration under subregulation 29 (1)
in relation to an approved nursing home, the Minister may, on application in
writing by the proprietor of the nursing home or otherwise, vary, by notice in
writing served on the proprietor, the first or last day of the seasonal
approval period or both, subject to the limitation in paragraph 29 (1) (a) or
(b), whichever is applicable.
(2) In this regulation, "seasonal approval period" has the same meaning as in
regulation 29.
