1982 No. 25 NAVIGATION (SUPPLEMENTARY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. After regulation 1 of the Navigation (Supplementary) Regulations the
following regulation is inserted: Interpretation

"1A. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears-
'Secretary' means the person for the time being performing the duties of the
office of Secretary to the Department of Transport;
'Shipping Registration Act' means the Shipping Registration Act 1981;
'the Act' means the Navigation Act 1912.".
