OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE (GREENHOUSE GAS INJECTION AND STORAGE) REGULATIONS 2023 (F2023L01551) - REG 35
Purpose of this Division
(1) This Division is made for the purposes of subsection 457(6) of
the Act.
(2) Sections 39, 42 and 45 are also made for the purposes of
subsections 376(11), 380(13) and 383(13) of the Act.
