1995 No. 391 OZONE PROTECTION (LICENCE FEES-MANUFACTURE) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. (1) For the purpose of subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the following rates are
fixed:

   (a)  in the case of HCFCs-$2.00 for each kilogram manufactured;

   (b)  in the case of methyl bromide-$0.09 for each kilogram manufactured.

(2) In paragraph (1) (a), "kilogram" means a kilogram unit of an ODP tonne.
