PUBLIC HEALTH (TOBACCO AND OTHER PRODUCTS) REGULATIONS 2024 (F2024L00415) - REG 59

  (1)   Any brand name or variant name appearing on a cigarette pack or a cigarette carton must be printed:

  (a)   in the typeface known as Lucida Sans; and

  (b)   for a brand name--using the following dimensions:

  (i)   4 mm in height;

  (ii)   up to 50 mm in width; and

  (c)   for a variant name--using the following dimensions:

  (i)   3 mm in height;

  (ii)   up to 35 mm in width; and

  (d)   with the first letter in each word capitalised and with no other upper case letters; and

  (e)   in a normal weighted regular font; and

  (f)   in the colour known as Pantone Cool Gray 2C.

  (2)   For the purposes of paragraph   (1)(d), a word consists of 2 or more letters.
