LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MANUFACTURED HOME ESTATES, CARAVAN PARKS, CAMPING GROUNDS AND MOVEABLE DWELLINGS) REGULATION 2021 - REG 64

64 Fire and smoke alarms

(1) A manufactured home must be equipped with an automatic fire detection and alarm system that complies with the ABCB Housing Provisions Standard , Part 9.5 for class 1(a) buildings.

(2) This section does not apply to a manufactured home constructed before 1 January 1996.
