STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING POLICY (PRECINCTS--EASTERN HARBOUR CITY) 2021 - REG 4.10

4.10 General requirement for development consent

(1) All development that is permissible within a Precinct (including the demolition of buildings) requires the consent of the consent authority, except development described in Schedule 3.

(2) Nothing in this section prevents exempt development or complying development from being carried out in accordance with State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) 2007 on land to which that Policy applies.
