for which a Master Plan is required than this Chapter. A Master Plan must be
generally consistent with this Chapter.
A Master Plan is to outline in broad terms the long-term proposals for the
development of land for which a Master Plan is required and to explain how
those proposals address the planning principles and development controls in
this Chapter.
