5.4 Adoption of Model Provisions

The Environmental Planning and Assessment Model Provisions 1980 (except the definitions of
"commercial premises" ,
"tourist facilities" and
"transport terminal" in clause 4 (1)) are adopted for the purposes of this Chapter and any reference in those provision to a local environmental plan shall, for the purposes of this Chapter, be read as a reference to a regional environmental plan.
