New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA tree preservation order made, and in force, immediately before the appointed day and relating to land to which this plan applies shall be taken to be a tree preservation order made by the Council under clause 8 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Model Provisions 1980 (as adopted by this plan) and may be rescinded or varied in accordance with that clause.
