WATER SHARING PLAN FOR THE CLARENCE RIVER UNREGULATED AND ALLUVIAL WATER SOURCES 2016 - REG 26

26 Share components of aquifer access licences

It is estimated that at the time of commencement of this Plan the share components of aquifer access licences authorised to take water from these water sources total 2,019 unit shares, distributed as follows:

(a) 31 unit shares in the Alumy Creek Water Source,

(b) 229 unit shares in the Bucca Bucca Creek Water Source,

(c) 135 unit shares in the Clarence Coastal Water Source,

(d) 901 unit shares in the Clarence River Coastal Floodplain Alluvial Groundwater Source,

(e) 30 unit shares in the Clarence Tidal Pool Water Source,

(f) 30 unit shares in the Lower Orara River Water Source,

(g) 449 unit shares in Mid Orara River Water Source,

(h) 5 unit shares in Swan Creek Water Source,

(i) 209 unit shares in the Upper Orara Water Source,

(j) 0 unit shares in all other water sources.
