FORESTRY (TEMPORARY COMMISSIONERS) AMENDMENT ACT. Act No. 16, 1917.
A n A c t t o a m e n d t h e F o r e s t r y ( T e m p o r a r y Com missioners) Act, 1916. [Assented to, 7th N o v e m b e r , 1917.] E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-- 1 . This Act may be cited as the "Forestry (Tempo rary Commissioners) Amendment Act, 1917." 2 . The Forestry (Temporary Commissioners) Act, 1916, is amended by omitting the words " or until the expiration of six months from the commencement of this Act, whichever first happens," at the end of sub section two of section two.
