insufficient in a c c o m m o d a t i o n for t h e purposes of a S y n a g o g u e a n d m e m b e r s of t h e J e w i s h c o m m u n i t y i n t h e City of Sydney h a v e r e c e n t l y c o n t r i b u t e d largely a n d subscribed funds for t h e erection of a n e w S y n a g o g u e b u i l d i n g or b u i l d i n g s on t h e site of l a n d m e n t i o n e d a n d described i n t h e I n t h e event of t h e said parcels of l a n d a n d h e r e d i t a m e n t s m e n t i o n e d a n d described in t h e said Schedule B a n d t h e b u i l d i n g s a n d erections t h e r e o n b e i n g e x c h a n g e d a n d s u b s t i t u t e d for t h e said p a r c e l of l a n d m e n t i o n e d a n d described i n t h e said Schedule A t h e said T r u s t e e s shall s t a n d possessed of t h e n e t m o n e y s t o arise from a n y a n d every sale or sales of t h e said l a n d s h e r e d i t a m e n t s a n d premises m e n t i o n e d a n d described i n t h e said Schedule A u p o n t r u s t t o a p p l y t h e same i n or t o w a r d s t h e erection of a new S y n a g o g u e b u i l d i n g or b u i l d i n g s i n m a n n e r a n d subject as aforesaid. 8.
