Standard Time Amendment Act 1995 No 31

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:
1 Name of Act

This Act is the Standard Time Amendment Act 1995.

Commencement

This Act commences on the date of assent.

Amendment of Standard Time Act 1987 No 149

The Standard Time Act 1987 is amended by omitting from the definition of summer time period in section 2 the words "first Sunday" and by inserting instead the words "last Sunday".
