Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority <;f the same, as follows : -- 1 . This Act m a v b e cited as the ""Water (Amendment) Act, 1916." ' 2 . The " W a t e r Act, 1912," is amended as follows:-- (a) I n section thirty-five omit the words " out of the funds raised under this Part, or out of the revenue account or the loan account of the Public Works F u n d " ; and at the end of the section acid the words " The cost of carrying out such works may he defrayed from such Loan Votes as are now or may hereafter be applicable to the purpose or from the Public Works F u n d . " (b) In sections sixty-six and sixty-seven respectively omit the words " out of the funds raised under this P a r t " , and substitute the words " out of such Loan Votes as are now or may hereafter be applicable to the purpose." (c) Sections sixty-eight and sixty-nine arc repealed.
