1 Name of plan

This plan is Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 15).
2 Aims of plan

The aims of this plan are as follows: (a) to rezone Lot 2, DP 1116487, No 9 Pellitt Lane, Dural, as shown on Sheet 7 of the map marked "Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 15)" deposited in the office of the Council of the Shire of Baulkham Hills, from Special Uses 5 (a) (Existing and Proposed) Zone (Sewage Treatment Works) to Rural 1 (c) Zone under Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 as the land is no longer required for sewage treatment works purposes and to reflect the zoning of adjoining land to ensure the appropriate future development of the site, (b) to rezone Lot 2, DP 1023013 and Lot 13, DP 878984, York Road, Kellyville (referred to as York Road Reserve No 442), as shown on Sheet 8 of the map marked "Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 15)" deposited in the office of the Council of the Shire of Baulkham Hills, from Residential 2 (a) Zone to Open Space 6 (a) (Existing and Proposed Public Recreation) Zone under Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 to reflect the current use of the land as a public reserve and for the purposes of a cycleway link from Bernie Mullane Reserve across Smalls Creek to York Road, (c) to rezone the affected road widening portion of the following land, as shown on Sheet 9 of the map marked "Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 15)" deposited in the office of the Council of the Shire of Baulkham Hills, from Special Uses 5 (b) (Existing and Proposed Roads) Zone to Rural 1 (c) Zone under Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 to reflect the existing zoning for the site following the recision of road widening by the Roads and Traffic Authority:
