1 Name of Plan

This Plan is Campbelltown (Urban Area) Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment No 23).
2 Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land, as shown edged heavy black and distinctively coloured on Sheet 1 of the map marked "Campbelltown (Urban Area) Local Environmental Plan 2002" deposited in the office of Campbelltown City Council: (a) part of Lot 8, DP 700701, known as Lot 8, at Copperfield Drive, Ambarvale, (b) Lot 12, DP 700701 and part of Lot 13, DP 700702, known as Nurra Reserve, at Dickens Road, Ambarvale, (c) part of Lot 33, DP 700703, known as Julius Reserve, at Julius Road, Rosemeadow.

Insert after clause 65:
66 Development on land at Nurra Reserve, Ambarvale

(1)

This clause applies to land at Nurra Reserve, Ambarvale, being Lots 12, DP 700701 and part of Lot 13, DP 700702, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 2 of the map marked "Campbelltown (Urban Area) Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment No 23)". Development consent must not be granted to development on land to which this clause applies unless the Council has considered the impact of the development on the preservation of trees and other vegetation on the land.
