(N98/00317/PC) KRISTINA KENEALLY, M.P., Minister for Planning Published in Gazette No 147 of 14 November 2008, page 11003 Page 1 2008 No 515 Clause 1 Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 463 Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 463 under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 1 Name of plan This plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 463. 2 Aims of plan This plan aims: (a) to rezone the land to which this plan applies to partly Zone No 6 (a) Open Space (Recreation) and partly Zone No 7 (a) Conservation and Scenic Protection (Conservation) under Interim Development Order No 122--Gosford, and (b) to permit, subject to the consent of the Council of the City of Gosford, the subdivision of the land to which this plan applies, and (c) to permit, subject to the consent of the Council of the City of Gosford, the erection of a dwelling house on each lot of land to which this plan applies that is within Zone No 7 (a) Conservation and Scenic Protection (Conservation). 3 Land to which plan applies This plan applies to Lot 46, DP 755263, Oak Road, Matcham, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked "Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 463" deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Gosford. 4 Amendment of Interim Development Order No 122--Gosford Interim Development Order 122--Gosford is amended as set out in Schedule 1. Map in clause 3 (1): Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 463 [2] Clause 100D Insert after clause 100C: 100D Development of certain land--Oak Road Matcham (1) This clause applies to Lot 46, DP 755263, Oak Road, Matcham, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked "Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 463" deposited in the office of the Council. Despite any other provision of this Order, a person may, with the consent of the Council, subdivide the land to which this clause applies into 3 allotments. The land to which this clause applies that is within Zone No 6 (a) is to fully comprise one allotment of land created under subclause (2). A person may, with the consent of the Council, erect one dwelling-house on either or both of the allotments of land to which this clause applies that are within Zone No 7 (a).
