This Plan applies to Lots 40­43, 45 and 46, Section A, DP 7916, Lot 44, DP 657042 and Lot 11, DP 814298, 28­36 McFarlane Street, Merrylands.

Insert the following in appropriate order in Part 1 in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
