1 Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 46).
2 Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 1 and 2, DP 788892 and Lot A, DP 398188 at Ada Street and Macquarie Road, Cardiff, as shown edged heavy black and lettered "2 (1)", "2 (2)" and "7 (3)" on the map marked "Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 46)" deposited in the office of Lake Macquarie City Council.

Clause 62 Public infrastructure in urban release areas

Insert in appropriate order in the definition of urban release area in clause 62 (8): Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 46)

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with an appropriate item number, in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
Land at Ada Street, Cardiff, being Lots 1 and 2, DP 788892, as shown edged heavy black and lettered "2 (1)" and "2 (2)" on the map marked "Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 46)". [3] Dictionary The existing on-site stormwater detention volume plus any additional storage volume required by the development must be detained within the site boundaries, unless an alternative location is approved by Council.
