The repeal of this Policy does not, because of the operation of section 5 (6) and 30 of the Interpretation Act 1987, affect any amendment made by this Policy. This Policy applies to the following land at Arncliffe: (a) part of Lot 18, DP 1069479, (b) part of Lot 100, DP 1228008, (c) part of Lot 1, DP 576148, (d) part of Lot 100, DP 1133869. Development for the purpose of a recreation facility may be carried out with development consent. This clause has effect despite anything to the contrary in the Table to Part 3 or any other provision of this Plan.
