2 Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 50 Martin Place, Sydney, being Lot 1, DP 182023.

Insert after clause 6.38 (1) (f): (g) 50 Martin Place, Sydney, being Lot 1, DP 182023. (2)
Clause 6.38 (3)

Omit the subclause. Insert instead: (3) Despite clause 4.4, the maximum floor space ratio for a building is as follows: (a) in relation to a building on land referred to in subclause (1) (f)-- 22:1, (b) in relation to a building on any other land to which this clause applies--18.5:1.
